Return Policy:

Tips Uniforms offers an exchange for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

If you wish to  find out if your item is accepted as a return, please call us at 1-267-546-7818 to obtain an RMA.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return your old items and place a new order.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do NOT provide paid shipping labels for your return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements for a refund shown below. Special Order items are not returnable.

Requirements for a store credit:

• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• All shoes and garments must be unworn.
• Return package must display an RMA # on the outside of the package. Packages will be refused without an RMA #.

EXCLUSIONS TO RETURN POLICY:

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT HOWEVER MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZE:

• Houskeeping apparel
• Aprons
• Shoes
• Waitstaff Jackets and Pants and vests.
• ANY ORDER UNDER $150.00 CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO PRODUCTION COMPANIES, MOVIE SETS, STUDIOS, PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS AND FILM LOCATIONS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
